· impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of www.singmah.com;
· copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without that person's express consent;
· use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access www.singmah.com and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
· harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
· bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to www.singmah.com.
Abusing:
Please use the reporting system described below to tell us about any problems or offensive content so that together we can keep the site working properly. Without limiting any other remedies available to us, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical or legal steps to keep users off www.singmah.com if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. Fees and Services:
Using www.singmah.com is generally free for end-users but an annual fee of SGD$240.00 is applicable for businesses user (contractors). Additional subscription of software available www.singmah.com will be subjected to a monthly subscription fee based on actual and current promotion and all prices are subjected to annual evaluation for price adjustments.
Contents:
www.singmah.com contains stuff from us, you, and other users. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute content on www.singmah.com our copyrights or trademarks. When you give us content, you are granting us and representing and warranting that you have the right to grant us, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content. We need these rights to host and display your content. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify our designated copyright agent at [email protected] by following the process set out below and we will investigate the matter. We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these Terms of Use, any applicable law, any www.singmah.com policy or the violation or potential violation of any party’s rights.

Liability:
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.
We do not review users' postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the stuff on www.singmah.com comes from other users, we do not guarantee or give any warranty or make any representation as to the accuracy and content of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is offered.
In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information or material of any kind including any such information or material which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
We also cannot guarantee continuous, error free or secure access to our services or that defects in the service will be corrected. These Terms of Use and the other www.singmah.com policies posted on www.singmah.com from time to time constitute the entire agreement between Sing Mah Hup Kee Trading Co Pte Ltd and you, superseding all prior agreements.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Singapore. We both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. This won't affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer and applicable consumer law requires application of another law (such as the law of your country of residence) for certain topics.
If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, the remaining provisions will survive. We may automatically assign these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide, or by registered mail. Notices sent by email will be deemed received upon the generation of a receipt notice by the recipient's server or, if such notice is not so generated, upon delivery to the recipient's server. Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed received five days following the date of mailing.
The provisions above relating to the service of notices shall not apply in relation to the service of any claim form, notice, order, judgment or other document relating to or in connection with any proceedings, suit or action arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time, with updates taking effect when you next use the site or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. No other amendment to these Terms of Use will be effective unless made in writing, signed by users and by us
