Delivery Policy

SING MAH HUP KEE TRADING CO. PTE LTD only delivers within Singapore.
We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.

Payment for products must be made before delivery will be arranged
Cash on Delivery:
- Staff will contact customer before arrangement of delivery
- Sing Mah Hup Kee Trading Co. Pte Ltd reserves the rights to not unload products to customer if payment is not made upon delivery

At Time of Delivery

Provide signature to validate receipt of products
By signing, you agree that you have inspected the products and they are of acceptable condition
Our delivery personnel reserve the rights not to enter customer premises if location contains fragile items (eg. glass)
Delivery of products into the customer’s premise will be at the request of said customer
- In the event that customer insists that products be unloaded in the above-mentioned conditions, Sing Mah Hup Kee Trading Co. Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damage incurred by the customer, including but not limited to breakage of glass products

Receipt of Products

Shopping Malls	Loading/Unloading bay only
Other Commercial Buildings	Doorstep delivery wherever possible (ie. Cargo lift allows for doorstep delivery) Otherwise loading/unloading bay
Residential Buildings	Doorstep delivery wherever possible

Delivery charges vary based on location and type of delivery chosen
Delivery fee is charged based on each order – no limit to number of items per order
You will be informed of the exact amount for delivery after checking out your cart

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs
- Saturday: 08:00hrs to 13:00hrs
- Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

During peak/promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than usual due to increase in orders. We will still try our best to deliver the products to you as soon as possible
